Angelus Marshmallow Cream Frosting

A mellow, creamy frosting that will keep soft and make your favorite cakes, drop cakes, gingerbread, and pies delicious and wonderfully appetizing. Try it with your proven recipes.

Quarter 20 Angelus Marshmallows and melt in a double boiler. Beat two egg whites lightly, and pour sugar on them gradually, beating constantly. Add H teaspoonful of vanilla and marshmallows and beat until cold. Boil 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of boiling water to a firm " softball."

This makes sufficient frosting for a family-sized cake.

Angelus Marshmallows are so light and fluffy that no substitute can take their place. Don't buy marshmallows by weight—but by lightness.
