Vintage Carnival Dinner Menu from 18 September 1933 on board the SS Montcalm of the Canadian Pacific CPOS featured Poached Turbot, Hollandaise Sauce, Prime Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, and Blueberry Pie for dessert.

The menu was autographed by many of the fellow passengers of Ms. Phyllis Taylor who was 21 years old at the time of this voyage. Images contributed by her sonm, Tony Bonney in 2019.

The Carnival Dinner took place en route to Gibraltar on a Mediterranean Cruis.
