Built by Vickers, Sons & Maxim, Ltd., Barrow-in-Furnace, England. Tonnage: 4,272. Dimensions: 399' x 42'. Single screw, 13 knots. Compound engines. Three masts and one funnel. Maiden voyage: Glasgow-New York, July 11, 1878. Broken up in Germany in 1900. Running mates: Anchoria, Bolivia, Devonia and Ethiopia.
