According to another advertisement from 1923, The SS Andorinha of the Yoeward Line would leave Liverpool for the Canary Islands, proceeding direct to Las Palmas, then to Santa Cruz, Teneriffe; and from there, return direct to Liverpool. The ordinary charge for the cruise is 21 guineas, but the charge to members of the U.P.W. (Union of Post-Office Workers) and their friends will be £18 5s. (The Post, 5 May 1923:476)
