Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at the Milwaukee Public Museum

On 10 October, "Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition" at the Milwaukee Public Museum opened with much fanfare as artifacts recovered by RMS Titanic Inc., the exhibit's creators. The exhibit continued through 25 May 2009.

Brochures and Postcards available by attending the Titanic Artifact Exhibition at the Milwaukee Public Museum included:

  • Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition - Real Objects | Real Stories. Tri-fold brochure offers general information about the exhibit's focus on the legendary RMS Titanic's compelling human stories best told through hundreds of authentic artifacts and extensive room re-creations.
  • Ghosts of the Abyss: Using the most advanced IMAS photography, James Cameron journeys back to the legendary wreck of the Titanic.
  • Night of the Titanic: Exhibit at the Daniel M. Soref Planetarium will reveal the unique conditions, coupled with human errors, contributed to the sinking of the RMS Titanic.
  • Boarding Pass: Placard provided to all visitors at the beginning of the Titanic Exhibit. The reverse side gives a brief story of one of the passengers, where they boarded the Titanic, Age, Hometown, Accompanied by, Class, Cabin #, Destination, Reason and Passenger Fact. At the end of the exhibit, you'll be able to look up your passenger to see if they survived the Titanic.
