1920-08-08 SS Frederik VIII Dinner Menu Card
Vintage Second Cabin Dinner Bill of Fare Card from Sunday, 8 August 1920 on board the SS Frederik VIII of the Scandinavian-American Line featured Frankfurter with German Potato Salad, French Marinated Beef Dish (Carbonnade de Boeuf), and Smoked Ham. A Danish Bill of Fare that emphasizes meat and cheeses to make open faced Danish sandwiches that are very common throughout Denmark and especially Copenhagen.

1923-10-19 SS Frederik VIII Luncheon Menu
Vintage Luncheon Bill of Fare from 19 October 1923 on board the SS Frederik VIII of the Scandinavian-American Line featured Mock Turtle, Roast Duck, and Anchovies for Danish Soup and Sandwiches. Bill of Fare printed in Danish Only - Primarily Scandinavian dishes.
