The Soldier’s Overseas Equipment Fits in Backpack

The more significant part of the following list was provided every soldier before embarkation. Naturally, the equipment varied with the character of the regiment. Items marked (MC) were issued to men of the Medical Corps only.

In the picture above is the soldier’s assortment, except what he had on. For instance, the typical service hat is not shown because he was wearing it.
