Bedding and Towels - 1910 Travel Guide

Sufficient bedding and towels are provided by the company, and an extra supply may be obtained by sending for the room steward. It is not permitted to take pillows or blankets on deck.

An ample supply of cold fresh water is provided daily to every stateroom for the use of every passenger. Warm water for shaving and washing purposes can be obtained in the morning, or before luncheon and dinner. It is customary for the room steward to bring hot water in the evening even without asking.
